Justin Dottavio is an educator and certified strength and conditioning coach. Justin is currently the assistant S&C coach at EB Athletics, LLC in Raleigh, NC. 

Justin has over 20 years of coaching experience in S&C and football. Justin served as a head football coach at three levels for over six seasons, including being the winningest football coach in CCA school history. 

Justin is certified as a strength coach via USAW L1, NHSSCA, Exos PS, RPR L1, Triphasic Training, and as a 200-hour yoga teacher.

In 15+ years in education Justin has taught K-12; public, private and charter; in suburban, beachside, urban, rural, and very rural schools; and has taught AP, honors, lower 25%, expulsion, and retention. 

Justin earned his Master of Human Resources Management degree from Rollins College in 2008. Justin is a certified teacher in North Carolina, and is a NAMI Ending the Silence Lead Presenter and Restorative Justice Circle Keeper.
